(ORILLIA, ON) – The Orillia Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is currently investigating a fatal motor vehicle collision that occurred in Severn Township.
On October 7, 2014 at approximately 7:51 a.m., the Orillia OPP responded to a motor vehicle collision at Burnside Line and Division Road in Severn Township. On arrival at scene officers found a dump truck and a car in the ditch off of Burnside Line.
The male driver of the car was confirmed deceased at the scene. He has been identified as Ryan Ball, 17 years old of Severn Township.
The OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigation Unit (TTCI) is currently investigating the collision.
