(CALEDON, ON) – On November 14th, 2015 at 10:45 am, officers from the Caledon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Caledon Fire Service and EMS were called to investigate a fatal motor vehicle collision which occurred on an Innis Lake Road property.
Technical Collision Investigators (TCI) have been called to assist in the investigation.
The OPP confirm that Michelina PARENTE, 77, from Caledon succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene of the collision.
The investigation is continuing and more details will be released as they become available.
