(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON) – Officers from the City of Kawartha Lakes detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) closed Frank Hill Road on Friday August 5 for a fatal motor vehicle investigation.
On Friday August 5, at approximately 4:45pm emergency responders attended a two vehicle crash that occurred on Frank Hill Road north of Highway 7. The passenger of a vehicle, 93 year old Doris GREER of Omemee, died at the scene of the crash. The driver of each vehicle was transported with non-life threatening injuries to an area hospital.
OPP’s Technical Collision Investigators (TCI) attended the scene for further investigation. The collision remains under investigation.
