(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) – On October 4, 2017, at approximately 10:00 a.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Middlesex Centre Fire Department and the Middlesex-London Emergency Medical Services (EMS) responded to a motor vehicle collision on Ilderton Road.
The investigation has revealed that a sedan travelling westbound on Ilderton Road and a farm vehicle exiting a private driveway collided on Ilderton Road, between Highbury Avenue and Adelaide Road.
The male driver of the sedan was extricated from the vehicle by members of the fire department. The male was transported to hospital via land ambulance with non-life threatening injuries.
The operator of the farm vehicle was not injured.
Ilderton Road, between Highbury Avenue and Adelaide Road were closed for approximately 45 minutes. All roads have now been reopened.
The Middlesex County OPP continues to investigate this collision. No charges have been laid at this time.
