(BRACEBRIDGE, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Bracebridge detachment is seeking the identity of a vehicle involved in a collision that occurred on Highway 141 this morning.
On November 28, 2013 at approximately 8:15 am a vehicle was travelling West on Highway 141 near Skeleton Lake Road 2 in the town of Utterson. A second vehicle, travelling the opposite direction crossed the center line and the vehicle travelling West pulled to the right to avoid a collision, crashing into the ditch. The driver was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
The vehicle that crossed the center line continued on and did not stop at the scene. Police have interviewed witnesses and are currently investigating this as a fail to remain collision. The unidentified driver of the vehicle involved is encouraged to call the Bracebridge OPP.
