(Marmora, ON) – On April 6, 2014 just before 10 p.m. members of Central Hastings O.P.P arrested and charged 26 year old Kathryn SPENCER of Kingston, ON for Fail to Comply with Recognizance. The investigation revealed her to have been away from her residence without her surety in the village of Marmora which contravened a condition of her release. She was held in custody pending a bail hearing today at Ontario Court of Justice, Belleville.
