(HUNTSVILLE, ON) On Friday May 8, 2015 just before 10:30pm Bracebridge and Huntsville Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) members were made aware of an erratic driver northbound on Highway #11 between Bracebridge and Huntsville.
The silver four door Chrysler was located just south of Huntsville on Highway #11. Officer stopped the vehicle and found that the driver had been drinking. As a result of the investigation F-Glenn PODWINKSKI (49yrs) of Campden Ontario was arrested and eventually charged with having more than 80mgs of alcohol per 100mltrs of blood. The accused will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Huntsville on June 10, 2015 to answer to his charges.
The accused had his vehicle impounded for 7 days and his driver’s licence was seized for 90 days.
