(TOWNSHIP OF CHATSWORTH, ON) – On January 22, 2017 at approximately 3:20 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped the driver of a 2010 GMC Sierra pick-up truck on Grey Rd. 16 in the Township of Chatsworth for operating the vehicle with an expired permit.
Investigation revealed that in addition to an expired permit, the vehicle was not insured.
Robert Federick SINCLAIR, age 46, of the Municipality of Grey Highlands, was charged under the Highway Traffic Act and the Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act. He is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on February 27, 2017.
