On November 1, 2013 at 3:18 a.m., the Guelph Police attended to an apartment building on Dawson Road to investigate a smashed window. The police investigation alleges that the responsible person was an ex-tenant of the building. Police located the male a short time later and attempted to arrest him. The male resisted police, who after a brief struggle were able to get him under control and the arrest, was made.
A 23-year-old Guelph man has been charged with mischief under $5,000, resist arrest and breach probation. He will appear in bail court on November 1, 2013.
