On February 5, 2014 at 3:30 a.m., the Guelph Police received a call about a possible impaired driver that had left the roadway on Bard Boulevard and Clough Crescent and was now stopped. Police attended and located the car with a male in the driver’s seat. Police spoke with this male, determined he was intoxicated and he was arrested.
Evan SHIFFLETT, 21 years of Guelph has been charged with care and control impaired driving and care and control over 80 mg. He was also charged with novice driver – BAC above zero under the Highway Traffic Act. He will appear in court on February 21, 2014.
