On February 5, 2014 at 4:13 a.m., the Guelph Police attended to the Hanlon Parkway and College Avenue after reports of a vehicle going into a ditch. Investigation alleges that the vehicle was travelling northbound in the southbound lanes, almost striking another vehicle before going into the ditch. When police arrived, the vehicle was located on the medium but the driver had left in another vehicle. Police were able to locate the driver shortly after and he was arrested.
Bradley KAYE, 20 years of Palmerston has been charged with dangerous driving, impaired driving and driver over 80 mg. He will appear in court on February 25, 2014.
