(SOUTH-WEST OXFORD TOWNSHIP, ON.) – On July 6, 2014 at approximately 5:17 p.m. members of Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to numerous driving complaints regarding an erratic driver travelling northbound on Culloden Line.
As a result of their investigation, police have charged 52 year old Claudette MATTIA of South-West Oxford Township under the Criminal Code of Canada with the following:
Dangerous Operation of Motor Vehicle
Fail to Stop at Scene of accident
Driving While Ability Impaired
The female was released on a Promise to Appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on August 19, 2014.
