(Cavan-Monaghan Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) clocked a vehicle at 172km/h in the 100km/h zone on Highway 115 Thursday morning just after 9:30am.
Eric SPARKES (age 37) of Bowmanville, ON was charged with stunt driving in relation to excessive speed. His driver’s licence was suspended for seven days and his 2014 Hyundai Elantra was impounded. The accused is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on August 20, 2015.
