(WELLINGTON NORTH TOWNSHIP, ON) – On July 9, 2016 at approximately 9:15 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers conducted a R.I.D.E. Program on Clarke Street and Smith Street, Arthur. An officer spoke with a male driving a 2008 Dodge and found suspected marihuana in the vehicle. He was arrested and released at the scene with court documents.
23-year-old Eric GOLDSMITH of Wellington North Township has been charged with Possession of Marihuana Under 30 Grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on August 9, 2016.
