(COLLINGWOOD, ON) Officers from the Collingwood and The Blue Mountains detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) charged a male motorist with several offences related to a traffic complaint in Collingwood.
On the 30th of March 2015 at approximately 11:30pm, officers received a traffic complaint where the involved vehicle was last seen on Hume Street near Moberly Street in Collingwood. Officers located the vehicle a short time later where it was found that the driver was under the influence of alcohol.
Charged is 54 year-old Eric DUNSTAN of The Blue Mountains, he is facing charges of driving a motor vehicle with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in blood and is to appear in Collingwood court on the 14th of April 2015. He was also charged with two counts of driving while under suspension under the Highway Traffic Act.
