(Otonabee-South Monaghan Township, ON) – Between the November 24 and December 03, 2014, the owner of Larocque Insulation had noticed that some of the company’s tools were missing. Ultimately, he learned that the tools had been pawned at a local pawn shop.
A joint investigation involving Peterborough County Crime Unit and Peterborough County Property Crime Unit, revealed a former employee as a suspect.
Colin BLACK (26) of Otonabee-South Monaghan Township is charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime and Trafficking in Stolen Property. Mr. BLACK is to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on December 18, 2014.
