(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 22-year-old male after police investigated a motor vehicle collision at a Norfolk County Highway 24 East, Woodhouse, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, May 5, 2018 at approximately 8:33 p.m., officers responded to a collision involving a pickup truck and motor vehicle.
Through the course of investigation, it has determined that a pickup truck was slowing down in order to turn into the driveway of a residence when the truck was struck behind by a motor vehicle.
The driver of the truck and motor vehicle did not sustain any serious injuries.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 22-year-old Elijah LESTER of Norfolk County, Ontario with driving over the legal limit.
He is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Simcoe at a later date.
