(LEAMINGTON, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Leamington responded to a disturbance in the 100 block of Talbot Street West in Leamington on April 11, 2015 at approximately 1:00 a.m.
When officers arrived, they discovered a male who was swinging a pool cue and threatening one of the owners of the establishment.
The male, Elias CHAVIRA-GONZALEZ, age 46 of Leamington, was arrested and charged with Utter Threats Causing Bodily Harm or Death x 2, Theft Under $5000 Mischief Under $5000 and Breach of Recognizance. He was taken for a bail hearing and will appear in court at a later date to answer to the charges.
