On November 12, 2016 at 12:40 a.m., the Guelph Police conducted a traffic stop with a motor vehicle on Wellington Street East. Police spoke with the male driver and a demand was made for a roadside breath sample. He failed this test and was arrested.
Edwin Haugen, 52 years of Guelph has been charged with drive over 80 mg. He will appear in court on November 22, 2016.
