(LAKE OF BAYS, ON)On Friday October 11, 2013 just after 8:00 in the morning, Huntsville Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended a motor vehicle collision involving a dump truck and a car.
A dump truck was making a left hand turn from Highway #60 onto Highway #35 and struck the front end of a vehicle at the stop sign on Highway #35 in Dwight Ontario.
As a result of the investigation Kenneth CUNNINGTON (53yrs) of Dwight has been charged with Improper Left Turn under the Highway Traffic Act.
No injuries to either driver.
