(TOWNSHIP OF CHATSWORTH, ON) – On Saturday, August 23, 2014, at approximately 4:33 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed a male operating an E-bike on Crawford Rd. in the Township of Chatsworth without a helmet.
After stopping the operator of the E-bike, the officer formed the opinion that he had been drinking alcohol. Breath tests were conducted, resulting in a 7 day driver’s licence suspension.
Reginald TEETER, 53, of Orangeville, Ontario, was issued a Provincial Offence Notice for failing to wear a proper helmet on a motor assisted bicycle under the Highway Traffic Act.
