(TOWNSHIP OF PUSLINCH, ON) – On April 5, 2017 at approximately 11:50 p.m., a Wellington County OPP officer was monitoring traffic on Highway 6 and Concession 4 in the Township of Puslinch. The officer observed a male driving a 2017 Hyundai Elantra travelling at a speed that appeared to be well above the posted speed limit. The vehicle was locked on radar at 152 km/h in an 80 km/h zone.
24-year-old Dylan STUCKEY of Mississauga has been charged with Race a Motor Vehicle contrary to the Highway Traffic Act and will appear in Guelph Provincial Court on May 3, 2017.His driver’s licence and vehicle were seized for a period of seven days as per statute.
