(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) – At approximately 7:42 p.m. on October 31, 2015, the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) located a motor vehicle on Westdel Bourne, near Decker Drive.
Officers determined the driver of the white Chevrolet automobile had been drinking alcohol. A roadside screening device was administered, and the driver registered a “fail”. The male was placed under arrest, and transported to a Middlesex County OPP detachment for further breath testing.
As a result of the police investigation, 43-year-old Dwayne DOXTATOR, from London, Ontario, has been charged with care or control over 80 mgs.
The accused was released from police custody by way of a Promise to Appear, and is scheduled to appear in a London court on December 15, 2015, to answer the charge.
