(South Glengarry) – On 20Jan14, at approximately 01:00am, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a vehicle in the ditch on County Road 27, South Glengarry Township.
The investigation revealed that a 58yr old male driver from South Glengarry was operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
He was arrested and faces charges of:
– Care or Control While Ability Impaired
– Care or Control Over 80 mgs
– Fail to Comply with Undertaking
He was held in custody pending an appearance in Cornwall court.
