(Otonabee-South Monaghan Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle that was driving on Highway 7 with its headlights out Friday night just before 6:00pm.
The driver was found to have been drinking. Danny HUGGINS (age 63) of Otonabee-South Monaghan Township was arrested and charged with:
Driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough, ON March 17, 2016.
