(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County detachment has charged a 58-year-old male after police stopped a motor vehicle at a Norfolk County Road 28, Houghton, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Monday, March 13, 2017 at approximately 6:37 p.m., an officer was conducting patrols in the area of Norfolk County Road 28, when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 58-year-old John Thiessen KNELSEN of Norfolk County, Ontario with driving over the legal limit.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
