(Perry Township) On November 12, 2013 the Ontario Provincial Police Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau North Bay Drug Enforcement Unit supported by the Ontario Provincial Police Almaguin Highlands Detachment executed a search warrant at a Perry Township residence.
As a result of the investigation a quantity of codeine and cannabis marihuana were seized. Two individuals were arrested and charged. Both were released on a Promise to Appear and are scheduled to appear in court on January 30, 2014.
Street value of the drugs seized is $1530.00.

Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking contrary to section 5(2) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
Possession of a Controlled Substance contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime contrary to section 354(1)(a) of the Criminal Code.
Louise LANDRIAULT, age 58, of Perry Township
Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking contrary to section 5(2) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
Possession of a Controlled Substance contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime contrary to section 354(1)(a) of the Criminal Code.
