(South Glengarry) – On December 23, 2014 at approximately 9:39pm, SD&G OPP officers were conducting Reduce Impaired Drivers Everywhere (RIDE) check on Military Road at Boundary Street, South Glengarry Township. A check of a vehicle resulted in the seizure of a quantity of suspected marihuana.
The adult male driver, Justin LEITH (33) of Cornwall, Ontario, was arrested and is charged with;
– Possession of a Controlled Substance – Under 30 Grams
He was released and scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Alexandria on February 4, 2015.
