(Cavan Monaghan Township, ON) – On Wednesday August 27, at approximately 2:17 p.m. members of the OPP Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau- Drug Enforcement Section concluded and investigation of an illegal Drug Grow at a residence on Dranoel Road.
As a result of an investigation officers executed a Search Warrant at a property owned by 57 year old Duane CUMMISKEY of Cavan Monaghan Township. Officers recovered a a large number of Marihuana Plants from an outside Grow at the residence.
CUMMISKEY has been charged with Production of a Controlled Substance and is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Courts on 23 October 2014 to answer to his charge.
