(TOWN OF ERIN, ON) – On October 3, 2014 at approximately 3:41 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a traffic complaint from a concerned citizen. Police located the 2011 Toyota pickup truck at Wellington Road 24 and Wellington Road 22, Town of Erin. The officer spoke with the driver and located approximately 24 grams of suspected marihuana within the vehicle.
Jay OUDERKIRK age 37 of Shelburne has been charged with Possession of Marihuana under 30 grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on November 21, 2014 to answer to the charge.
