On Tuesday January 14, 2014 at 9:18p.m., the Waterloo Regional Police Service responded to a complaint about suspicious drug activity at a residence on Heritage Drive in Kitchener. Further investigation led to the arrest of two adult males from the Brampton area. A quantity of suspected crack cocaine, cannabis marihunana and several pills were seized and sent for analysis. The males were jointly charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Cannabis Marihuana, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Proceeds of Crime and Uttering Threats. Both were held for a show cause bail hearing.
