(Rockland, ON) On March 31, 2014 OPP constable responded to a 911 call on Laurier Street. At that location a female and a male were involved in a verbal argument. While the officers were inside dealing with the complaint they noticed some illicit drug plants in the apartment. The investigation led to the seizer of several plants and the arrest of a male.
A 36 year old male, from Rockland will have to appear in L’Orignal court on April 30, 2014 to answer to the following charges:
CDSA 4(1) Poss of a Schedule II substance-Cannabis Marihuana – over 30 grams
CDSA 7(1) Produce a Schedule II substance – (cannabis marihuana)
