(WELLINGTON NORTH TOWNSHIP, ON) – On July 18, 2014 at approximately 5:00 a.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police uniform members, Wellington County OPP Street Crime Unit (SCU), West Region Emergency Response Team (ERT), Central Region Tactics and Rescue Unit (TRU), and the Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at two apartments on Main Street South, Mount Forest.
Police arrested a male and female without incident. During the search of the residence, police located marihuana, and items associated with drug dealing. They were transported to a Wellington County Operations Centre.
Dustin ST.LOUIS age 27 and Emily COOK age 20 both of Mount Forest are each charged with;
-Possession of Marihuana for the Purpose of Trafficking-Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (C.D.S.A.).
ST.LOUIS appeared in Guelph Bail Court on 18 July, 2014 to answer the charge. COOK is to attend Guelph Criminal Court on August 27, 2014 to answer the charge.
