(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment has charged a 19 year old female with Drug Possession after attending a Burnside Street, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Thursday September 11th, 2014 at approximately 10:20 pm Police were called to the Burnside St home to investigate a noise complaint. While at the residence Police observed and seized a quantity of dried Marihuana with an estimated street value of $780.00 dollars.
Charged with Possession of an illegal substance (Marihuana) is 19 year old Kirsty SMITH of Haldimand County, ON. She is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charge.
