(LONGLAC, ON) – On March 13, 2015 a search warrant was executed at two separate residences in Longlac by members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau, Greenstone Community Drug Action Team (CDAT) and the OPP Greenstone Detachment.
Police located and seized 28 cannabis marihuana plants, 5lbs of cannabis marihuana, and items utilized in growing marihuana.
Robert WATSON a 54 year-old male from Longlac, Ontario was charged with two offences contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act:
Produce a Schedule II substance (cannabis marihuana)
Possession of a Schedule II substance – Cannabis Marihauna – over 30 grams
The accused was released from custody by way of a Promise to Appear with a court date of April 29, 2015 at the Ontario Court of Justice in Longlac.
