Drug Bust – 5 Marijuana Plants Seized

(BURGESSVILLE, ON) – On July 26, 2013 members of The Ontario Provincial Police (O.P.P.) – Oxford County Detachment along with Oxford County Drug Enforcement members executed a search warrant under the Controlled Drug and Substances Act at 616 Main Street South, Burgessville at approximately 4:09p.m.

A total of 5 cannabis marihuana plants were seized.

Charged are:

Ryan KOUTSTAAL, male, age 26years old, of Burgessville, ON

Breach of Probation Order x 2 – Criminal Code of Canada

Kyle MCCUTCHEN, male age 29 years old, of Burgessville, ON
