(WELLINGTON NORTH TOWNSHIP, ON) – On January 23, 2014, at approximately 7:24 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers received a driving complaint about a 2000 Toyota on Highway 6, Wellington North Township. The vehicle was located by police on Smith Street just north of Conestoga Street, Arthur. During the investigation, suspected marihuana was seized.
Daniel SKUCE age 46 of Norfolk County has been charged with Possession of Marihuana over 30 grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on February 21, 2014 to answer to the charge.
