(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County detachment has charged a 43-year-old male after a vehicle failed to stop at a Hamilton Plank Road, Port Dover, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Sunday, March 11, 2017 at approximately 11:04 p.m., officers were conducting a R.I.D.E program (Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) in the area of Hamilton Plank Road and Grant Street when a when a vehicle failed to stop. Officers were able to safely stop the vehicle a short distance down the roadway.
As a result, police have charged 43-year-old Hardeep Singh GHATOURA of Hamilton, Ontario with driving motor vehicle with liquor readily available, contrary to the Liquor Licence Act.
He was subsequently issued a Provincial Offence Notice.
