(ZORRA TOWNSHIP, ON.) – The Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was called to investigate a two vehicle collision on Road 68 in Zorra Township shortly before 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 7, 2016.
The collision occurred on Road 68 between the 21st Line and 23rd Line. An eastbound car crossed the centre line and struck a westbound pickup truck head on.
The lone adult male driver of the car was extricated from his vehicle and transported to an area hospital with life threatening injuries. The male driver, who has now been identified as Alfred Allen MABBAYAD, 27-years-of-age, of London, later died in hospital.
The investigation is continuing.
