(KINCARDINE, ON) – On November 11, 2013 at 8:45 pm, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Queen Street, Kincardine noticed an unattended vehicle had been left running near the Hiway Variety store. The officer waited for the driver and found the validation was expired. 20 year old Heaven-Lee BOUTILIER of Kincardine was charged with Fail to surrender driver’s licence and Drive with no current validation.
