(MUNICIPALITY OF GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) – On Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at approximately 3:09 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was conducting a RIDE spot check on Concession 8 and MacDonald’s Road, Eugenia, in the Municipality of Grey Highlands.
A 2005 Chevrolet Silverado pick-up truck was stopped and the driver was found to be in possession of an open bottle of liquor.
Peter ZAPISHNY, 60, of London, Ontario was issued a Provincial Offence Notice for driving motor vehicle with open container of liquor under the Liquor Licence Act.
