(WEST PARRY SOUND, ON) – On May 5, 2015 at approximately 5:50 am members of the West Parry Sound Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to a two vehicle collision on Highway 69 in Wallbridge Township.
OPP, Emergency Medical Services (EMS), and Britt Fire Department attended the scene approximately one half of a kilometre north of Harris Lake Road. Police observed two tractor trailers had collided and that the debris field covered the highway. A third vehicle was damaged by the debris.
One of the drivers, Jeremy SPENCER, 24 years old from Sudbury was charged with Careless Driving, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
