(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On December 28, 2013, just after 1:30 p.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers stopped a Mercury vehicle on Highway 401 eastbound near Victoria Road.
As a result of the subsequent OPP traffic investigation, the driver, 51 year old Charles SMITH, from London, ON, was charged under the Highway Traffic Act with driving while suspended.
The driver will appear in a Chatham court on January 22, 2014, to answer to the charge.
