(BRUCE TWP, ON) – On July 16, 2014 at 3:48 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a 2 vehicle crash on Highway 21 in Bruce Township. Officers arrived to find that both vehicles were travelling North Bound on Highway 21 when a White Jeep attempted to pass a Black Nissan 370. The White Jeep struck the Nissan when it moved back into the North Bound lane to avoid a South Bound vehicle. The driver of the Jeep, 43 year old Shawn DANYCHUK of Saugeen Shores, was charged with attempt to pass when roadway not clear. There were no injuries reported at the scene.
