DRIVER CHARGED AT R.I.D.E. CHECK

(HALIBURTON, ON) – On Saturday February 01, 2014 officers from the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Central Region Traffic Unit were conducting a R.I.D.E. check on Highway 118 at Shamba Trail in the Municipality of Dysart et al, Ontario. A male driver was operating his 2006 Nissan when he was stopped by police at the check area. Austin LLOYD age 19 from Haliburton Ontario was charged with Possession of Marihuana. The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Minden Ontario on March 05, 2014.
