(MUNICIPALITY OF GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) – On Sunday, September 14, 2014 at approximately 5:00 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was conducting a RIDE spot check on Grey Rd. 2 in the Municipality of Grey Highlands.
The driver of a 2005 Honda Civic was issued a Provincial Offence Notice under the Liquor Licence Act after an officer observed open liquor inside the vehicle.
Jerry DALY, age 26, of Cambridge, Ontario was charged with driving a motor vehicle with an open container of liquor.
