(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 38 year old male after police stopped a vehicle at a Highway 3, Delhi, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Thursday, June 25, 2015, at approximately 3:08 p.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Highway 3 and Rhineland Road, when a vehicle attracted an officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 38 year old Ronald Christopher LUCIER of Tillsonburg, Ontario with possession for the purposes of trafficking Marihuana, possession of psilocybin (mushrooms) and possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
