(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged an 18 year old male, 21 year old male and 26 year old male after police stopped a vehicle at a Hillcrest Road, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, April 12, 2015, at approximately 1:53 p.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Hillcrest Road when a vehicle caught the attention of the patrolling officer. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated at a Hillcrest Road address.
As a result of investigation, police charged the driver and passengers located in the vehicle.
Charged with drive motor vehicle no licence is 18 year old Corey Adrian Wilson of Norfolk County, Ontario.
Charged with obstruct peace officer, fail to comply with recognizance and fail to comply with probation order X2 is 21 year old Trevor William WHITTAKER of Lynden, Ontario.
Charged with obstruct peace officer and fail to comply with recognizance X4 is 26 year old Michael Allan Jacob WHITTAKER of Brantford, Ontario.
All are to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
