On February 15, 2014 at 1:32 a.m., the Guelph Police observed a vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed on Woolwich Street and a traffic stop was conducted. Police spoke with the male driver and a demand was made for a roadside breath sample. He failed this test and was arrested.
Thomas CURTIS, 24 years of Morriston has been charged with drive over 80 mg. He will appear in court on February 25, 2014.
