Peterborough County OPP Officers stopped a motor vehicle for speeding on Allen Road in the Township of Trent Lakes. A subsequent investigation resulted in the following:
Charged is: Michael Jeremiah, 27 years of age of the Township of Trent Lakes
Section 253(1)(b) Criminal Code of Canada – “Over 80mgs.â€Â
Michael Jeremiah is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on August 28th, 2014.

Peterborough County OPP Officers were conducting a RIDE Check on County Road 40 in the Township of Asphodel Norwood. A vehicle was stopped and a subsequent investigation resulted in the following:
Charged is: James Flint, 45 years of age of Stouffville
Section 253(1)(b) Criminal Code of Canada – “Over 80mgs.â€Â
James Flint is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on August 28th, 2014.
